The AIDAnova, gracing Hamburg for the first time this winter season, stands not only as a testament to modern maritime engineering, but as a beacon of innovation in the cruise industry. MCA’s lighting engineers recreated the magic of an ice-and-snow-covered dreamscape by carefully orchestrated lighting and a palette of cool colors to illuminate the ship’s exterior. We assembled, configured, and rehearsed the illumination process flawlessly highlighting the conscious use of colors that transported the viewers to a world of frosty enchantment.
